- You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform integrity, reverse engineer restricted components, bypass access controls, scrape in violation of applicable terms, or resell content unless expressly authorized in writing.

Subscriptions, Access, and Billing
- Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable policy or contract.
- Access levels, usage volumes, credits, and product scope depend on the subscribed plan and may vary by host, country, language scope, and product family.
- We may suspend or restrict access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal compliance, or breach of these terms.
No Warranty
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, software, APIs, outputs, datasets, alerts, summaries, and all related services are provided on an "as is", "as available", and "with all faults" basis.
- We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, uninterrupted operation, and results obtained from use of the services.
- We do not warrant that any source, publisher, platform, transmission, summary, classification, translation, enrichment, or automated analysis will be complete, current, error-free, or suitable for any specific commercial, financial, legal, editorial, compliance, or operational decision.
Content and Third-Party Dependencies
- The services rely on third-party publishers, broadcasters, websites, social platforms, exchanges, data partners, public records, telecommunications networks, cloud infrastructure, and other external systems.
- Coverage, latency, output shape, and availability may change without notice because of third-party actions, platform restrictions, source outages, legal demands, geoblocking, or operational events outside our control.

Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Press Monitor and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for any loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, business opportunity, data, reputation, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to the website or services.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the website or services will not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the affected service.
- If applicable law does not allow a complete exclusion of liability, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and in any event will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service.
Indemnity and Governing Rules
- You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Press Monitor and its affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your content or inputs, your downstream use of outputs, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.
- If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery page, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Governing Law and Forum
- Any legal matter, dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the website, the services, or these terms will be brought in the name of Press Monitor Inc. and will be governed by the laws applicable in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
- You agree that Toronto, Ontario, Canada will be the exclusive legal jurisdiction and forum for any such matter, subject only to any mandatory law that cannot be waived.
- Where applicable law does not permit exclusive forum selection, the parties agree to the closest enforceable equivalent forum and limitation permitted by law.
