How it Works?

Data Collection :

  • Continuously monitor websites and download ePapers when available.
  • Get ePapers on subscription-only websites.
  • When ePapers are not available, get scans of newspapers by manually buying the publication and physically scanning it. The process involves scanning each page into several parts. Merging parts into pages. And merging pages into a full publication

Data Processing :

Cut the publication and extract individual news items, advertisements and other pieces of content. Sort and mege parts of items appearing across multiple pages.

Data Selection :

Read all items and match against your keywords and detailed requirement. Classify items into individual orders.

Data Prioritisation :

Organise all items marked against a single order. First divide into sections. Within each section, divide items by individual news developments. With each development, prioritise stories based on its relevance, importance of source, page number where the item appeared.

Output creation :

Preview headlines : Includes creation of headlines. Giving additional information such as name of author, dateline etc.

PDF Images : This allows downloading of items in a PDF format. There are two PDF formats. First, for reading on mobile devices and contains very little space on the sides. Second format has clippings set in the center of A4 and A3 size papers. The top of the page contains logos and information about publication such as name and edition.


PDF Clippings :

You get PDF files containing image of the published items, with all the graphics and images. There are multiple PDF formats. And there are options where you can generate your own PDF files containing only items you desire.

Image Scans :

You can download image files of the published items, with all the graphics and images. You can download images in JPEG and PNG formats.

Index of headlines :

You get an index of headlines of the items published. Clicking on a headline opens the clipping.

Press Digest :

You get headline and a small extract. The items are organised into logical sections. Items within each section are grouped by news event. Within each group, there is prioritisation based on relevance, importance, source, etc.

Delivery Channels

Web Downloads :

You can download the service from password-protected website. Also, you receive an email everyday containing a link which logs you in automatically.

Email :

You can get email attachments. The email can be sent a large number of addresses.

WhatsApp / Skype / Messengers :

The clipping files can be delivered by Whatsapp, Skype and other messengers. PDF files or images files can be delivered on messengers. Whatsapp automatically reduces the size of images, so you can view these on your mobile device. Most messengers will allow you to open media files on mobile or desktop devices.
