You can specify one keyword or 100 keywords, you still pay the same. You can also choose the sources which are inclued in your search. Either you specify websites or indicate a general region and limit your search accordingly.
Each email contains news headlines, URLs to the full text of the news story, name of the source website and the time when the news item was found.
You don't get extracts or full text of the story. You can use the URLs to view the original story
